This two-day advanced reflexology training addresses pain as one of the late and long-term consequences. Results from a recent pilot study I carried out with trained practitioners indicates that my reflexology protocol:
- decreases subjective pain scores,
- attenuates pain for at least 7 days following reflexology
- produces positive outcomes on overall wellbeing.
To ensure you are able to apply these techniques in your clinical environment, at least 60% of the workshop will focus on practical skills.
When the course is delivered ONLINE, you must book a 1:1 Zoom with me or participate in a face to face practical before you receive a certificate of competence to practice.
This advanced reflexology workshop is for practitioners working with clients in pain following a cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Just a quick update on how I’ve been working with the Pain in Cancer Survivors techniques. Well wow, what can I say. The feedback from the patients has been fantastic. I actually saw a visible difference in a patient’s feet last week. Her toes were curled under and her big toes sticking straight up. Her ankles were also swollen. An hour later her toes looked normal and the swelling had reduced. Her pain had subsided and she was able to walk in bare feet. I have also used this technique on a client who has had a stroke, affecting her left side. Her feedback was that she felt tingling up and down her left side.
