Level 1 is a hands-on teaching programme consisting of five face to face days, eight hours per day. A total of forty hours of tuition is required to complete the Level 1 training.

Levels 1 starts with the basic understanding of balance distribution through the spine, bought to you through Christian's concept described as "box understanding."
Each box is "stacked" one on top of another and subsequently influenced by the box beneath it. The bottom "box" corresponds to the pelvis, alongside the bones and muscles within it. The most crucial element of which is the sacroiliac joint. To obtain full function and mobility, you will engage in the full understanding of the musculature associated with this area.
Christian accomplishes this by introducing you to the reflex zones for the associated muscles of this area and their placement on the feet.
