Level 1 is a hands-on teaching programme consisting of five face to face days, eight hours per day. A total of forty hours of tuition is required to complete the Level 1 training. This is taught over two days, with a three week break before a further 3 days are undertaken.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of £200 is required at the time of booking and the balance is due by monthly standing order.

Levels 1 starts with the basic understanding of balance distribution through the spine, bought to you through Christian's concept described as "box understanding."
Each box is "stacked" one on top of another and subsequently influenced by the box beneath it. The bottom "box" corresponds to the pelvis, alongside the bones and muscles within it. The most crucial element of which is the sacroiliac joint. To obtain full function and mobility, you will engage in the full understanding of the musculature associated with this area.
Christian accomplishes this by introducing you to the reflex zones for the associated muscles of this area and their placement on the feet.

There are a few course lecturers who I have learnt a lot form, Christian Slot is definitely one of them! The Muscular Reflexology course is so thorough and in-depth, there is so much to learn and you see/feel the benefits straight away during the course. This is a course I would highly recommend as muscle pain/discomfort/restriction affects a lot of the general population. Learning the valve treatments is a huge added bonus as it provides another level to support where energy/emotions may be causing tension and blockages. I absolutely loved learning with Christian, he is so patient and understanding, and I like to ask a lot of questions! Christian Slot’s Muscular Reflexology course was amazing, it was intense, informative, and a fabulous experience learning new skills viewing the feet in a very different way. Christian is an amazing teacher who breaks the practicals down into techniques that are easy to understand and apply.
