My colleague, the world-renowned specialist and fertility expert Barbara Scott and myself Dr Carol Samuel, holder of the first and only PhD in reflexology and pain management bring you our joint workshops in the 'MANAGING PAIN' series combining our 50+ years of experience in the field of female reproductive health and pain management. Together we combine our knowledge and research to offer you the latest evidence-based practices, helping you to bridge the gap between conventional and complementary medical practices. Barbara brings a wealth of knowledge in all matters related to female health, with an especial level of expertise in fertility issues. She is the winner of the 2017 Federation of Holistic Therapists Complementary Therapist Award and the 2019 Association of Reflexologists award for Innovation in Reflexology. She has been guest speaker at many conferences worldwide, where she has shared her research to both medical and complementary audiences. Barbara's innovative work and determination mean she has an excellent knowledge base and solid connections with the medical fraternity and laboratories to enable pure and accurate measurements to assist in clinical practice. Over this series of workshops we offer you an insight into the causes, symptoms and diagnosis of each condition together with both medical and reflexology approaches to its management, using a combination of both classic and nerve reflexology.
