Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Allocation of places on the course will be under the discretion of Reflexmaster
  • All payments are to be made in GBP Sterling. 
  • Payments are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Failure to attend any seminar will result in the loss of all payments already made and in ALL circumstances.
  • ONLINE workshops are for a single person only unless payment has been made for additional attendees.
  • Models used in online training sessions MUST NOT be reflexology trained.
  • For face to face workshops - refreshments such as tea/coffee/water etc. will be provided during the course but lunch, dinner and accommodation are the responsibility of the delegate. Advice on accommodation cannot be given by Reflexmaster.
  • Unless otherwise stated, courses will start on the first day at 9:30am and finish at 5:00pm.  Please arrive in good time so that the course start time is not delayed.   
  • All seminar materials are the copyright of Reflexmaster and no part may be reproduced or used for teaching purposes without written permission from Reflexmaster.
  • Reflexmaster does not accept responsibility for changes or cancellation of courses due to circumstances beyond their control.  Every effort will be made to contact participants well in advance.  Participants will be offered a transfer to an alternative date/venue or may be offered a full refund.
  • Reflexmaster will not be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of course cancellation. 
  •  In line with other reflexology training organisations, no responsibility will be accepted in the highly unlikely event of any detrimental effects of the reflexology tuition.
  • Cancellation by delegates
  • To cancel your place on any of the courses organised by Reflexmaster, written notice of cancellation must be given by email to: [email protected]
  • To receive a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) you must cancel at least 14 days prior to the start of the course.
  • Delegates cancelling less than 7 days before the course will not be entitled to a refund.
  • There will be no refunds for non-attendance on the course.
  • Reflexmaster will accept name changes for attendees; please inform us at least 10 working days prior to the event on 07989 768774 or email: [email protected]
  • Cancellation by Reflexmaster
  • In the case of a course cancellation by Reflexmaster, delegates will either be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
  •  Reflexmaster shall assume no liability for events beyond its control.
